| Important Camp Info Remember: You have to take the Child Protection Training Course every 2 years! Many of you will need to repeat this training before camp this year. If you need a copy of this training course, please contact me ASAP! When you arrive at camp, you will need to provide a copy of the Volunteer Screening Form and completion certificate for each adult sponsor and every adult who will be visiting the camp during the week. Mission Project: *Updated 3/31/2008* Each year we ask the girls to help in a mission project by collecting supplies for an area ministry. We'll be collecting travel-sized toothpaste for the Texas Port Ministry to help with Welcome Bags given to seafarers and others who come to the Center. Mission Offering: Our Mission Offering this year will go to the Texas Port Ministry. An offering will be collected each night during worship services. Theme Days: Monday: Church Group Look-a-like (Have your church group wear matching shirts, hats, etc.) Tuesday: Camp T-Shirt Day (We'll all wear our camp shirts.) Wednesday: Wacky Day (the crazier, the better! Just remember that hair dye must be washed out of your hair before you can enter the pool!) Thursday: Our Future's So Bright, We Gotta Wear Shades (Show us your best pair of sunglasses!) Friday: Going Home (Wear whatever you can find that is somewhat clean.
