| When you arrive at camp, you should have the following forms with you: (links to the forms are in blue) *Child Protection Training Certificates for ALL counselors and adults who will be visiting the camp. (The print documents are below, but you'll need the DVD to watch the video. Let me know ASAP if you need the DVD!) Printable Certificates Child Protection Training Test Test Answer Key Child Protection Training Manual for Facilitators *Volunteer Screening Form for ALL counselors. (You'll fill this out at camp) *Remaining balance of $125 per person - preferably in one check made out to Gulf Coast Baptist Association. *All medication in original containers with names clearly labeled. |
